Welcome Kai to my blog ;)

Kai Nicole holds degrees from Harvard University and Howard University School of Law.

She has worked in law, entertainment, technology (Silicon Valley), and has done business development consulting for multiple entrepreneurs.

Please tell everyone about your writing journey -

1. Why I decided to write "Date Like A Woman."

To be honest, Twitter. Twitter made me want to write this book. If you are a participant on Twitter you understand its value in terms of social commentary. The hot topics of the moment are always shared and discussed on Twitter allowing anyone who participates in the discussion to gain insight into what people in general are thinking. Relationships, dating, men and women, are often discussed. Plus, one of my Twitter followers encouraged me to do so.

2. Tell us about you and where you live.

I currently live in Northern California, just outside of San Francisco. I love the Bay Area. I love the Pacific Ocean, relaxing at my "secret" coastal beaches. It is therapeutic for me to look at the ocean. After spending time there I am reinvigorated and ready to refocus. I have also lived in Boston, MA and Atlanta, GA.

3. What have you written and what are you working on now?

"Date Like A Woman" is my first book. My goal in DLAW is to help women end unrealistic expectations in dating and replace them with new realistic ones. I hope to help many women free their minds from sexist dating expectations and sexism in general. I also hope to help women understand that my unconventional approach to dating will allow them to learn about themselves, have a more successful dating life, enjoy the art of dating, and just be happier in general.

Although I have some initial "thoughts" on my next book, I have not begun the formal process of writing it.

4. How do you market your books and do your promotion methods work?

"Date Like A Woman" is marketed through radio, podcasts, satellite radio, social media and the DLAW website:

5. Where can readers find your book for sale?

On the "Date Like A Woman" website: Readers can also find "Date Like A Woman" for sale on Amazon (,

and on Barnes and Noble.

Thank you Kai for sharing, I hope you are able to help many women to work their way through the dating maze.

Natasha x
